Navigating Perth Airport

Perth airport is an international airport with 4 main passenger terminals (catering to both domestic and international flights).

  • Terminal 1 – This is the primary international terminal with multiple levels and has airline lounges for Emirates, Qantas Malaysian airlines and Singapore airlines.
  • Terminal 2 – This terminal caters mainly to Virgin Australia domestic flights and a few regional airlines services.
  • Terminal 3 & Terminal 4 – Primarily used by Jetstar (interstate & regional flights) & Qantas (international, interstate & regional flights).

There are multiple parking options available at Perth airport. Long term & short term secured parking is available at all 4 terminals. Fast track business parking is exclusively at terminals 3 & 4, with 230 parking bays and a 1-minute walk to the chicken-in area. There is also an outdoor long term car park which is around a 10-minute walk to the terminal. A free shuttle bus operates from the car park to the terminal (04:30 am – 11:20 pm).

All long term car parks offer a free 1-hour parking limit for people waiting to pick someone up. All parking bays at the front of the terminal are only for immediate drop off/pick up with no waiting allowed. There is also an express pickup & drop off area at Terminal 3 with a 5 minute wait time allowed.

The airport offers free WiFi across all terminals. There are also excellent transit facilities including exclusive airline lounges, sleeping pods (terminal 1 only), shopping, duty-free shop (international terminal), pharmacy and a range of restaurants. Things to do in Rockingham

Rockingham has a beachside location at Mangles Bay and lies just south of Fremantle. The coastal city gets its name from the sailing vessel ‘Rockingham’ which arrived on 14th May 1830. The ship was one of 3 vessels chartered by Thomas Peel to carry settlers into Western Australia. The suburb has beautiful beaches, water sports, as well as 2 major shopping precincts.
