Our chauffeurs will await you at the bottom of the escalator prior to baggage collection. If we are unable to locate you, our chauffeur will then move to the baggage collection area and await your arrival.
After collecting luggage, clear Customs & Immigration and proceed to the arrivals hall. Our chauffeurs wait at the doors just inside the main terminal building. Do not exit the terminal prior to locating your chauffeur.

Once you have passed through customs you will exit to either Gate A or B.

Directly outside Gate A between the Optus Mobile Store and Villa Hut Café.

Exit gate to the right and walk ahead, meet between Optus Mobile Store and Villa Hut
All vehicles with 8 seats or over.
The chauffeur will wait in the holding bay near the airport until the flight lands. The chauffeur will call the main contact and confirm the pick up bay at the airport. Coach Bay is the Blue Zone, Group & Charter located opposite Virgin and International arrivals. Contact 03 9403 1900 for urgent assistance.
