Administrative Operations and General Business Practices

  • Recycling and reusing paper and cardboard whenever possible
  • Recycling glass, plastic, batteries, electronics rubbish, and printer cartridges whenever possible
  • Limiting water and energy consumption in their offices
  • Turning off electrical equipment and lights when they are not in use
  • Heating and cooling their offices in the most efficient, environmentally-friendly manner possible
  • Cultivating an attitude of environmental awareness among employees in every department, including management
  • Reviewing their environmental practices periodically to ensure they continually meet their objectives
  • Using the most environmentally friendly cleaning products and processes possible
  • Ensuring that any building expansion plans include improving energy efficiency
  • Making their environmental policy available to the public and all their employees

On-The-Road Operations

  • Limiting our environmental impact by using late-model cars to optimize energy efficiency
  • Minimising fuel consumption whenever possible through finding more efficient routes
  • Promoting and achieving environmental best practices in fleet maintenance, driving behaviours, and purchasing decisions
  • Purchasing the most energy-efficient replacement vehicles possible
  • Promoting combined rides among customers who plan to attend the same event
  • Encouraging our drivers, contractors, and their supervisors to be environmentally conscious in all their activities
  • Providing information about current environmental developments to our drivers, contractors, and their supervisors
  • Complying with, and exceeding whenever possible, limousine environmental regulatory requirements
  • Assessing the environmental impact of new policies, products, or vehicles
  • Minimising driver waste through reusing and recycling as many materials as possible, including paper, cardboard, and waste petrol products
  • Using environmentally friendly products to clean vehicles, inside and out
  • Purchasing the most efficient fuels with fewest emissions whenever possible
  • Reporting any breaches of best environmental practices to the management
  • Monitoring and improving environmental performance
  • Reviewing and altering all environmental policies as needed
