There's nothing wrong with your build of mSQL. It's just
telling you that you have not installed an Access Control List
file (ACL). You can either (a) ignore this warning, (b) install
an empty ACL file, or (c) work out your ACL requirements and
actually write the ACLs. If it's all local access then you don't
need to worry.
ACLs are covered in the manual.
