Continuing to have no success connecting to the server I decided to try
again from scratch. I removed all the files and reinstalled from source.
This time round, however, I am getting an error I didn't get last time...
"Can't start server : IP Bind : Address already in use"
Anyone got any idea what I've done wrong?
Also, is it possible for me to develop a database in MySQL locally and
then export it for use with an mSQL server on my ISP's system?
