PATCH: w3-auth multiple group support

Hi,

here is my patch to w3-auth/w3-msql.

Now you can have more groups allowed to access a single area. Also a
new variable $GROUPNAME is defined in scripts, so it is possible to
know username, groupname and namespace.

I made only a few tests but it seems to be working. Maybe the code
could be better/faster.
