Also note that application/rtf would be specific to your document type. e.g.
Mydoc.rtf or mydoc.doc and would be inappropriate for and .exe or .tar. Why? Because
some people have applications set to launch for specific extensions and the last
thing you want is Word or WordPad launching to open your .exe or .tar file.
I believe you can use 'octet-stream' as a catch-all for sending file to be saved at
the requesting computer.
