Unable to spawn a child process..

Hi Everybody,

Been running msql for several weeks now with no problems, until today that is. Everytime someone accessed a page with msql code in it they got a error 500 message with the following entry in the error log file:

[Thu Oct 14 12:08:10 1999] [error] [client 194.216.55.8] (35)Resource temporarily unavailable: couldn't spawn child process: /usr/local/etc/httpd/cgi-bin/w3-msql

Here is what I am running
msql version 2.0.11
Apache 1.3.9
on a BSD 4.0 box
Looking at the msqladmin stats I have around 12 active connections at any given time

I'm not sure if it is a msql issue or a OS issue ???

Any help is much appreciated.
