mailing question (my solutions)

There seems to be some considerable interest in this solution, so I
have posted the following web page:

     http://www.cciw.ca/dev/mail.html

There you will find the C CGI programs I use for mail input and output.
There are also some .msql definitions to help you understand the tables
involved, and a partial mail input file from the Unix system which
actually handles the email.

I have tried to hide the email addresses I use to prevent pollution of the
mailbox and I appologize in advance if it makes it more difficult to
understand the email header processing. Feel free to email me if you are
having problems understanding this.

To run it automatically, you require cron permission from your system
administrator. You should be able to run it manually: it requires no other
special permissions.
