Well, would that be

        cp * /usr/local/apache/cgi-bin
or
        cp * /usr/local/apache/share/cgi-bin
or
        cp * /info/www/cgi-bin
or
        cp * /usr/local/share/www/cgi-bin
or
        .....

you my point I guess. It's a little hard to determine where they should
go. I guess we could try a few standard locations but non-apache users
would probably lose out.
