(a) generate the HTML in lite/w3-msql and use one of the existing pdf
libs to convert it to PDF
or
(b) use PHP with the pdf libs included, and generate the PDF directly
there (www.php.net)

We have been looking into writing a "mod_pdf" for Lite exactly for this
purpose. We haven't started on it yet but I'll put it on the list as a
definite.
