I think you need to create directories msqld and tmp in the
msql116c-win32 directory as the install process doesn't create them
itself.

Hello,

How do I know the size of the database? I have about 10 tables in my
database.
The requirement is to delete some old data as and when the database size
reaches certain limit.

The relshow command gives the size of the table. But each table has four
or five files depending on
whether it has indexes or not.

I appreciate any idea or hint.
