I created a brand new set of tables for this example exactly as I
posted them. I have not created any indexes (yet)...
And I just tried it again on a brand-new database. (create table z1, z2;
insert into z1, z2, select from z1, z2 joined) only to have it crash
again...
I think it's a bug...
