Are you waiting for the entire FAQ to be downloaded before clicking on
one of the links? The FAQ is big - about 280k. It does take a
reasonable amount of time to download - it takes a good few seconds
for me and I'm viewing the local copy over a 10Mb link! Even over a
100Mb link it takes a couple of seconds. Over a dialup link it should
take several minutes.
Another possibility is memory. I don't know how the windows version of
Netscape works but it may be running out of memory trying to load the
entire FAQ.
Try this:
download the entire FAQ.
save it as source to a file - say C:\MSQL\FAQ.HTM
load the new file using the file: URL
file:C:\MSQL\FAQ.HTM
I don't have a windows version of netscape to test this on (and I
don't want one :) so you may have to adjust the path slightly for the
URL to work.

Peter
