You can find the ASCII manual tar-gziped at:

you can also find an HTML version of the manual at:
http://cscsun1.larc.nasa.gov/~beowulf/msql/msql.html
I don't know if you are referring to the manual or not. On the Hughes
site, it loads fine for me. What DOESN'T work for me is trying to load the
FAQ. NS 3.0G(Win16) loads the whole thing, but then only displays part way
through the TOC. You can find the FAQ at:
