Yes, there are no errors in the logs either! Another thing is that the
document actually has no lite code in it. It's just an HTML form and the
only reason it's passed through w3-msql is that it's in the
/usr/local/Hughes/www tree with the other lite-enhanced pages.
If I move it to my html server tree and only point the form's action to a
lite-enhanced file in the above dir it works just fine. But I'd prefer not
to keep it there for 2 reasons:
1) security;
2) I don't want msql-related files (or any other files for that matter)
   all over the place. Each thing in its own place. :)
