Well,
>From lurking the PHP list it seems (from Rasmus) that PHP (written in C)
can be compiled (a limited functionality vversion for now) for W95/NT by
using the BorlandC5 tool.

As I don't have the compiler I cannot confirm that. There is a "windows
install" file in the CVS tree, and, if my memory serves, has also been
published in the PHP-List (therefore will be in the List Archive - see link
at http://www.vex.net/php/ ).

It _sounds_ like there's little needed, other than the BorlabC5 compiler,
in order to get the NT port of PHP.

Perhaps it you have it (BC5) you could make an executable (then post it for
the rest of us)
