Yes, I am the only user to use mSQL on my machine for experimental
purpose. But,

Several problems I got:

I followed the installation instruction such as:

        make target
        setup

When I tun setup, it asked for root permission. How can I deal with it?

Second, where is the msql.conf file? I am using HP-UX 10.10.
