I am also trying to test the mSQL 2.0B3 and get the same yacc error.
The environment is HP-UX 10.20. Also the makefiles were troublesome.
Every time a library archive was made, ranlib was run twice on the same
target; first in the source directory and then in the directory the
library was symbolically linked to.
Eventually I removed the explicit ranlib command from the makefile
templates. That worked ok. I also changed the makefile templates to
create shared libraries instead of archive libraries and that seems to
be working too.
Any comments about the makefiles or the yacc stack problem?
