After reading through this mail list archive, I discovered the "Gorta 32" mSQL ODBC software. This made me really happy since we also have lots of Windows 95 users on our network. However, Gorta doesn't seem to like the mSQL 2.0 version. We get an error saying something like "Client version 6, server version 22."
Now I noticed that msqladmin version displays the following:
msqladmin version 2.0 Beta 3
mSQL server version 2.0 Beta 3
mSQL protocol version 22
Is there some way to use Gorta with mSQL 2.0? Did we stumble on an old version? If so, where can we find the current release? Is there some other product we should be using?
Thanks in advance.
