Msql works on MachTen, and MachTen can compile software for non-MachTen
macintoshes. Theoretically this means that someone should be able to take
the msql 1.x client API for MachTen and turn it into a MacOS shared library
so that any mac application can use it.
Unfortunately, I don't really have the knowledge or time to do this
(but I'd love to see it done).

Butler SQL is another Mac SQL option. <http://www.everyware.com/>.
