Use php/fi (very powerful) or w3-msql (less powerful, but will certainly do
what you want)

Adding and removing data is a piece of cake with these tools, adding and
removing databases and tables is more difficult, as you need to set up your
web server to have root user permissions to the msql deamon.

You will find a veritable treasure trove of msql stuff here, as well as the
author of php/fi, a very nice Canadian fellow (formerly of Poland, he tells
me, but very helpful!)
