Try http://ampere.scale.uiuc.edu/~mlevchin/addf/ - addf-secure is the
utility that was mentioned in that note.

By the way, I have been made aware of a minor problem with building
addf-secure under Solaris 2.5, (having to do with Solaris' makedepend
lameness) and have fixed it. Just grab the program again from the above
address. If you feel adventureous, feel free to try the following to fix
it: kill all the lines in the Makefile, below and including the comment
"# DO NOT DELETE.." blah blah. Then do another "make World". G'luck,
