Subject: [mSQL] Linux - msql install problem

Hi,

I'm trying to get msql up on Linux 1.2.13-i486. After running setup I do
the "make" and messages like
"warning 93 # error architecture not supported by linux stdio/libio library".
show up.
these messages occur during the makedepend for the "common" and later for
the "msql" directories. make was complaining about not finding varargs.h
and stddef.h in /usr/include until symbolic links were created. Don't know
if this is related. Make continues and completes. I then type "make
install" and install seems to go fine. Starting up msqld and I'm able to
create databases and do queries, etc. However, when I run the regression
test, rtest, a failure occurs on test 4 where 4.out has:
"NULL | NULL"
and 4.res has:
"Nobody2 | NULL"

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Chuck Spaur
