Well, soon after posting my earlier message, I discovered the problem.
In fact, I launched msql before closing my internet connection, and It worked fine !
The point was that Sockets were not configured in mpts.After this, everything was going good.

Yes, in "ifconfig" instruction, lo is case-sensitive.
After using cfgsort, that transform all lines in config.sys upper-case,
the process didn't started :-(
