I had this problem once because the directory that the database goes into either
did not exist or had the wrong permissions. I beleive the default directory
for the database is: /usr/local/Minerva/msqldb. It should have permissions
like rwxr-xr-x and be owned by root. You can find the top of the msql directory
tree by looking at INST_DIR in the site.mm file in your source directory.
